Working closely with Kenneth Grange and Gavin Thomson Design (both formerly of Pentagram) we helped achieve an elegantly proportioned and carefully detailed 3D engineering design. The A-Class surfacing required to design the marble tweeter body was highly complex to give it the appearance of being naturally formed but was actually a unique CNC-cut marble piece, perfectly balanced on top of the drive unit. The internal air volume calculations undertaken were critical to achieving the acoustic performance for this prestigious product.
